As you may know, we’ve had quite a run of success with Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs, which has been on the New York Times bestseller list for 42 weeks and counting. And that kind of long term appreciation for a book is a rare gem. As a thank you from me to you, representing all of my readers, and all the readers of my clients’ wonderful, amazing titles, I’m giving away something big this time. Not just a couple of books I had in my office, not even a limited edition tote bag or flash drive (made especially for my clients as holiday gifts).
No, I wanted to do something bigger. Something that thanks you for your love of reading and rewards it. Shall I get to the point?
I’m giving away a brand new Kindle Touch.
Guys, *I* don’t even have one of these. I’ve got a first-generation Kindle, which is the 1970s Battlestar Galactica compared to the Kindle Touch’s shiny new reboot.

First of all congratulations to you and Ransom on the success of Miss Peregrine’s it’s a truly special and unique book beautifully written and one of the best designed and presented books I have seen in many many years and Quirk were the ideal choice to publish. This book reslly helped me as I have struggled for years to read as I find it really hard to concentrate. I was an avid reader in my teens but as I grew older I found it harder and harder to concentrate on daily things. When I first saw the viral image of the cover in Twitter I was fascinated by the image being a fan of the weird and gothic it just screamed ‘read me!’. Thankfully I tracked down a copy (first edition too!) and it was one of the first books I have managed to get through in many years. Thank you and wishing you all continued success. E.

I'm an English teacher and I just had a lot of success doing a unit with my AP kids in Providence reading novels on e-readers at our school.
