She’s excellent at portraying realistic women and does it with style and wit. I’d especially recommend In Her Shoes, The Guy Not Taken, and Goodnight Nobody. Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason (don’t judge it by the horrendous movie) also sprung to mind. It’s quite funny but deals seriously with the relationship between Mark and Bridget.
