Why You Need An Agent

Scarlett-Dutch.jpgJohn Scalzi has another great post up on his blog today, called Why You Need An Agent, Foreign Edition. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Because yeah, there are things you can do as an author that don’t require a literary agent, but a good agent is worth so much more than their 15% on a domestic contract. They’re worth copies of your book in German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Polish, and dozens of other languages around the world.
Anyway, thanks, John. it’s nice to be appreciated.
