Another favorite is The Moon Invaders. Not as easy to find, but worth the effort. (I do love all those bands you mentioned, but my tastes run more old school.) Loud, exuberant, and a guy who always uses his own (distinctive, bizarre, amazing) voice and themes no matter what anyone says. I was, in fact, just out running errands and singing along in the car.
